We are renovating this 1950’s waterfront house located in Cutchogue, NY. The minute we stepped into the backyard and saw the 180 degree views of the natural preserve of Broadwater Cove we knew we wanted to do this project! We are keeping the original structure and reusing most of the interior pine wood floors and wall panels, as well as using energy efficient cooling and heating systems by upgrading to electric and solar power from oil. The facade will maximize natural light and breeze. The open layout connects the living areas making the most of the space without increasing the footprint. We will be posting updates periodically of the work here.
